On Dorabelle.com, we mainly offer affiliate items. This means that we do no sell these items ourselves. However, anything from our own collect (by Dorabelle), can be returned if a purchase was made on our website.

POLICY FOR RETURNS

Thank you for your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it to us for a full refund only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

Returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date, and must be in new and unused condition with all original tags and labels.

PROCESS FOR RETURNS

To return an item, please email customer service at mail@dorabelle.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please include your proof of purchase with your return, then mail it to the following address after receiving a RMA number:

It is your responsibility to pay for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you send your return via a trackable method.

REFUNDS

Upon receiving the return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process it. Depending on your credit card company, refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement. Once your return has been processed, we will notify you by email. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days for the refund to be processed.
